Product Description
The EV2000 series evacuation units have all been provided with a socket for a plug in voiceover module. This allows messages to be recorded and played through the evacuation speakers to alert occupants of various situations. The messages can be recorded on site using a standard hand-held microphone connected to the Mic 1 input on the Evacuation card.
The voiceover module has a total of 60 seconds of recording time, divided into four 15 second messages ie Alert, Evacuation, False Alarm & Test. The Alert and Evacuation messages when recorded, will interrupt the tones, play the recorded message twice, continue with the tones, then start the sequence again. The False Alarm and Test messages are a convenient option for a customised statement to inform occupants of the False Alarm condition or an impending Test Procedure. These messages can be customized to suit your client. (ie maybe in various languages etc)
