Keypad to suit SD series Amplifiers
The KEYPAD-SD allows visual indication and manual control of the SD Series BOWS
The keypad control is easy to install and has the following features-
AUTO, ALERT, EVAC, P.A AND CANCEL touch buttons.
A & B custom tone/messages touch buttons (factory labelled False Alarm & Test Message)
AUTO, ALERT, EVAC, P.A & COMMON FAULT indication.
IN-BUILT MICROPHONE with rear socket for optional Hand Held Microphone (model MIC-SD) if required.
Operation
AUTO – green led is on, the system is in stand-by mode. If a FIRE ALARM is activated, ALERT or EVAC will activate depending on timer setting and corresponding tone will sound.
Messages will interrupt tones if active. In AUTO-ALARM Mic 2 and inputs C-F are disabled.
ALERT – yellow led on, ALERT will sound. Messages will interrupt and P.A led will flash in DS1-2 on.
EVAC – red led on, EVAC will sound. Messages will interrupt and P.A led will flash in DS1-2 on.
P.A. – green led on, CM (condenser mic) or HM (hand mic) is active depending on jumper setting.
“A” button – will play file located in SD folder “A” (default is Test Message) P.A led will flash.
“B” button – will play file located in SD folder “B” (default is False Alarm) P.A led will flash.
OFF – pressing off will stop any keypad function. If left in OFF, com fault will activate after 10mins.
FAULT – indicator only, will activate with any common fault condition.
32mm and 2 x 3mm holes required for mounting
Comes with a 800mm ribbon cable with IDC connectors and template for marking holes.
